Exchanges

We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Size issues
• Wrong size ordered
• Minor product-related issues (excluding damage caused after use)

For all such exchanges, a ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable. This fee covers logistics and handling costs.

Free Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free exchange at no additional cost.

Important conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims
• Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact

Once verified, we will process a free replacement.

Exchange Not Applicable If:

• The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
• The issue is reported after the 48-hour window
• An unboxing video is not available for damage or defect claims
• Tags are missing or the product is not in original condition
• The item was purchased under a Clearance Sale

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
